Keith Williams
Vessel Conception (or, Hold That Thought)

January 14 - February 7, 2008

St. Paul , MN. January 7, 2008 -- Starting on January 14th, the work of veteran Minnesota artist Keith Williams will be featured an installation-based solo exhibition at Denler Art Gallery in Roseville. The show will be comprised of Williams' recent ceramic pieces as well as his signature lyrical, expressive drawing. The work will be couched within a larger installation framework based around a critical conception of the "vessel". The artist's own quirky, idiosyncratic aesthetics join the larger installation to the individual pieces to form an immersive space that is equal parts playful experimentation and serious craft.
